1. We will meet with you one on one to talk about your journey so far and your goals for the future.

2. We talk about the first steps and strategize together on the best way to achieve those goals based on what has and hasn't worked in the past.

3. And finally, we make a plan together to help you reach your goals!

4. There is no workout at the help session.
