No Experience? No Problem. We’ll Guide You.


Our Foundations Program is designed for individuals who are new to CrossFit or returning after time away from training. This 4-session onboarding experience is your personal introduction to functional fitness—focusing on proper movement, safety, and confidence.
You’ll work 1-on-1 with a certified coach across four sessions, learning the foundational movements of CrossFit including squats, presses, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, kettlebell work, and bodyweight exercises. We’ll break down each movement step by step to ensure you build solid technique and understand how to move safely and efficiently.
Each session is tailored to your pace and experience, with time for questions and hands-on practice. We'll also introduce you to how our group classes are structured, how to scale workouts to your fitness level, and how to track progress along the way.
By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident stepping into our group classes with the tools and knowledge to thrive in your fitness journey.
